In every moment you are recreating who you are. You are never the same. A second ago you were not the same as you are now. It’s an illusion. That is why many people say that this is all an illusion. In a way it is, because you don’t know who you are. You haven’t remembered who you are and how to let yourself be free. You put yourself in these cages, considering that they are perfect and rectangular and shiny, and they are just the right cage to contain you. Cages of beliefs, negative thoughts, societal and cultural messaging.

But the soul has no containment. The soul is boundless and free. The more you contain yourself to a certain set of beliefs and freedoms, the more your soul is going to try to break from that cage and you feel that deep within, but are usually too afraid or too comfortable to do anything about it. To actually go out on a limb and have some fun. You are in the process of recreating who you are every second.

One of the truths of this world is that nothing stays the same. I guarantee that that truth that will always stay the same is that everything changes. And that allows you to win because it gives you the opportunity to redo – to undo – not so much, but to redo – something from scratch, or just a little – to make an adjustment or to create a revolution. Don’t forget that you always have an ability to choose, and to create. As I say, you are a human being. Do you see yourself as a noun or a verb? You are a human, comma, being. You are being yourself, but being does not have a beginning or an end. It is simply a being. And within those parameters, you are the creator.

It is through your mind that you change your reality. It’s why you’ve been given a mind so that you can recreate, reshape, change, redo - at any time, anything who you were before. You’re not set in stone. You are not a statue - even statues weather. But you have an ability as a human being to recreate yourself over and over and over through your many lifetimes and within a single lifetime. You have this ability to shape-shift – to be one person at one phase in your life, and another person at another phase of your life. Don’t be afraid to change yourself. With change, any kind of change, you grow. You see things from more perspectives.
